LGBTQIA+ Individual Therapy
Have you been to other LGBTQ-friendly therapists, but felt that they didn't quite understand?
Could you use a safe space to process your feelings and assess your goals?
Are you seeking supportive care during your transition or do you need a letter for Hormone Replacement Therapy?
Or maybe you’re seeking counseling regarding your relationship(s) from someone who understands where you’re coming from.
If you can relate to any of the above, then I'm here for you.
No judgments. No biases. Just a strong support system with open ears.
Stigma, in any form, impedes our growth and well-being. Given the stressors that LGBTQIA+ people experience—homophobia/biphobia/transphobia, prejudice, coming out, microaggressions, and discrimination—finding a therapist who specializes in these issues is crucial.
As a gay therapist, I am committed to helping clients of all genders, sexual identities, and expressions feel not only safe, but truly respected. I use an intersectional lens to better understand how myriad identities inform your lived experience.
If you or someone you know is seeking help from an LGBTQIA+ therapist, contact me today. I would be happy to speak with you about how I can help!
