Telehealth

Life doesn’t always make it easy to attend in-person therapy. You may be balancing work and family responsibilities, living in a rural area, or simply finding that virtual sessions better fit your lifestyle. Telehealth makes therapy more accessible by allowing you to meet with me through secure video conferencing from the comfort of your own space.

With just a smartphone, tablet, or computer, you can receive the same care and support as you would in person, but without the commute. Many clients find that telehealth makes it easier to prioritize their mental health while still managing the demands of daily life.

While a video camera is recommended for the best experience, it isn’t required. What matters most is creating a safe, private, and comfortable environment for our sessions.
